Coaching Engagement Options
Executive coaching engagements are typically structured over several months — allowing time for reflection, practical application, and sustainable leadership development.
While each engagement can be tailored to individual leadership situations, typical formats include:
Focused Engagement
A structured coaching process consisting of six sessions over approximately six months, supporting leaders in addressing a specific leadership challenge or transition.
Extended Engagement
A longer coaching engagement consisting of twelve sessions over nine to twelve months, allowing deeper reflection and sustainable development of leadership capabilities.
Individual Sessions
In some situations, individual sessions can be arranged to support specific leadership questions or decision-making situations.
All engagements begin with a confidential chemistry session to ensure a strong and effective coaching partnership.
